To join as a member, please click on "Register" in the Member Login box on the left. Membership is necessary for order processing, members will also benefit from the convenience relating to re-ordering or newsletter (optional).

All information related to our members will be treated with strictest confidence, we will by all means protect our members and will only use it for order processing or updating. Our first choice of contact with members is by email.

Using "My Account"

All members can mange their account and orders after logging in. The "My Account" link is located at the top right hand corner. Options include :

Self Pick Up

For Hong Kong customers only (Free of charge) - 
Customers will be contacted by email / phone regarding pick-up arrangement.

Local Post

For delivery address in Hong Kong only ( delivery within 2 working days after payment ) -
Orders will be delivered by post at a fixed price of HK$10 per order.

Local Courier

For delivery address in Hong Kong only ( delivery within 2 working days after payment ) -
Orders will be delivered by local courier at a fixed price of HK$25 per order.

Overseas Post

For delivery address outside Hong Kong ( delivery around 1 week after payment ) -
Orders will be delivered by post at a fixed price of US$2.5 per order.

Optional service for customers' peace of mind -
an extra HK$13 / US$1.67 on top of the flat rate of Local / Overseas Post

PayPal - secure payment method By means of email, send funds directly to a seller from a verified bank account or by using a credit card. If you are not paying by HSBC Deposit, please note --> Get yourself well prepared by signing up for PayPal as you will need to get the PIN number from your credit-card statement after you sign-up. Without the PIN to verify your account, you will not be able to send money and hence you may not be able to  purchase the items at the time you want !   Two steps to activate PayPal account - >> confirm your email address (PayPal will send you an email first) >> apply for a PIN number through the Expanded Use Enrollment

All credit card payment will be made in USD instead of HKD (auto conversion).

If you want to pay by credit card, please select "Credit Card" at the payment's page of the check out process.  *** Items will be hold for customers with successful credit card payment only.

We are using the service of Paypal to process your credit card payment. If you are a first-time user of Paypal, you will need to do the sign up process with them & will be asked to do it at the Paypal's payment page, otherwise, just log in your Paypal's account for processing.

For new users, the 2 steps for activating your PayPal account  -
1.   confirm your email address (PayPal will send you an email first)
2.   apply for a PIN number through the Expanded Use Enrollment

HSBC Account Deposit

If you want to pay by Account Deposit, please select "HSBC Account Deposit" at the payment's page of the check out process.

Please deposit the total amount of your purchase to our HSBC account. We will process and post your order the following day after your deposit transaction is confirmed. *** If we do not receive your payment within 48 hours, we will cancel your order & release your check-out items back to our inventory.
